A file a site publishes listing which sellers are authorised to sell its inventory.
Buyers read ads.txt to reject inventory sold by parties the publisher never authorised. app-ads.txt is the same file for apps, hosted on the developer’s domain.
Each line names a seller allowed to sell this site’s inventory. Buyers reject inventory sold by anyone else.
