The maximum time, in milliseconds, a bid request gives a bidder to respond.
tmax is the OpenRTB field that carries the timeout to a bidder. A sensible tmax leaves room for network latency on both sides. Bidders that regularly exceed it should be given a longer budget or fewer requests.
