A complete record of one request: signals in, rules applied, partners called, bids back, winner served.
A capture turns a debate about why a placement is not filling into a document. It shows exactly what the request carried, which rule fired, who was asked, what they returned and what was served. It is armed on a placement and records the next request that arrives.
